Avalon Limousine serves all major Tri-State airports, including Philadelphia International (PHL), Newark Liberty International (EWR), JFK International (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), Baltimore-Washington International (BWI), Ronald Reagan (DCA), and Dulles (IAD). All domestic travelers are met in the baggage claim area or their assigned airline arrival terminal (at the bottom of the escalator, unless otherwise specified). International flights are met at the exit of the customs area. An Avalon driver will be holding a sign with the client or company name clearly displayed.
Avalon Limousine is committed to serving all of your corporate transportation needs. Our “Dedication to Excellence” assures your transportation will be dependable, safe and luxurious. We are able to accommodate your needs with Town Car Sedans, Stretch Limousines, Vans, SUVs, Stretch SUVs, Luxury Limousines Buses and Mini Coaches. Our 24-hour customer service representatives are available to accept reservations and confirmations by telephone, fax and email, as well as answer any inquires you may have.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. The balance is due 15 days prior to the date of service. All major credit cards are accepted and require a signed credit card authorization from a parent or guardian. Prepaid cash and checks are also accepted. A parent or guardian must confirm the reservation and sign a consent form outlining terms and conditions of service. All passengers are also required to sign the agreement. Avalon does not permit smoking, alcohol or inappropriate behavior. Violating the terms will result in termination of service without refund.
Avalon Limousine offers wedding packages to simplify matters on this very joyous occasion. Our wedding services include, as always, a professional driver sporting the proper attire. All vehicles are always stocked with refreshments, ice and glassware.
Shuttling for your bridal party is available on our Mini Coach, which can accommodate up to 24 passengers at a single time. We also have new 6, 8 and 10 passenger stretch limousines. The new Hummer Stretch can seat up to 20 passengers.
