Located in the Scranton/Wilkesbarre Area, we provide service to many varied destinations including the Poconos, New York City, Philadelphia, Finger Lakes (wine tours), and all casinos (NY,NJ,CT), as well as many popular local attractions including the Pocono 500 NASCAR races held twice a year.

Best Rate Limousine was founded in 2000 with the mission to provide luxury transportation services to all Counties and all of Northeastern Pennsylvania. There was a need for a limousine company that could serve the needs of this area, and with so many area attractions including the addition of the new Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-Barre, our goal is quite simple.

We have special Wedding Packages for every budget, and will accommodate you in style! We put bottled water on ice in the Limos. And all drivers wear tuxedos.
