We recognize that there are certain designs that are much too detail critical to be clearly embroidered and we are now producing our dye sublimation patches for just this need. Dye sublimation or woven allows us to actually dye the molecules of the fabric background with virtually any color, color gradient or shade. Almost photographic in quality image reproduction. Millions of colors available with cut or merrowed border. We now offer a new form of patches that are woven instead of embroidered.  Woven patches show small lettering or lettering that has fine detail and can capture tiny detail that will not show well on embroidered patches. the design is woven with the background color allowing for finer, more intricate designs to be reproduced.  Most shapes can be produced (maximum size is 8 inches wide) and the patches can be finished with a merrowed or laser cut border.
