Elkland Library
The Elkland Area Community Library was founded in 1912 by the Ladies Shakespeare Club.
From 1950 until 1995 the library was located at 111 E Main Street in the E W Coates Building, the library moved to 110 Parkway Avenue, in September of 1995 to the former Keystone Building.

Manor Public Library
The collection of Manor Public Library has grown from the beginning count of 115 books to over 12,000 books, MPL has offered various community programs - essay, bookmark, and poster contests, craft classes for different ages, summer reading programs, story hours for preschoolers, computer classes, adult lectures, family and adult movie nights.
The ability to access to the Internet and the opportunity to borrow material from almost any library in Pennsylvania has increased patron’s accessibility to vast amounts of material.
