Temporary-to-Hire Program
TPS makes a considerable investment in the recruiting and selection of each of our employees through advertising, screening, referencing, testing, and maintaining a permanent staff to respond to our clients' needs.
When a company requests permanent employment of a TPS employee, regardless of the position within the organization, the TPS employee must acquire a minimum amount of working hours before the individual can be hired. After that time period our employee can easily transfer to your payroll.

Companies may place personnel resulting from its own recruiting efforts on Temporary Personnel Services' payroll. Our personnel are the responsibility of TPS and all applicable insurance and taxes will be provided and deducted.
