Healing Shame and Self-Hate GROUP is available as a compassionate process for developing acceptance of self and others and healing shame and self-hate. Group format includes meditation, reading, and sharing.
Shame is universal and takes many forms, including addiction, codependency, judging, blaming, and perfectionism.
