Millennium benefits Administration Company, founded in 1998. Millennium prides itself as a "healthcare cost containment advocate" without sacrificing the quality of healthcare benefits. In 1999, the City of Scranton, Pennsylvania contracted with Millennium Healthcare Group to identify healthcare cost savings and to administer healthcare benefits for over 900 City Union employees. The City of Scranton, Pennsylvania was one of Millennium's largest and most satisfied clients. Not only did Millennium save the City of Scranton over $5 Million dollars on healthcare expenditures, they also improved many of the healthcare benefit offerings as well.
