Nautilus Fitness Center has been serving the health and fitness needs of the Erie Community for over 30 years. Nautilus opened another location in 2006 at Family First Sports Park. Nautilus at the Sports Park offers different amenities but with the same structure and rapport as you would expect. In 2007, Nautilus opened Nautilus Women's Only Weight Loss and Fitness Center. It focuses on a private setting for women to workout. |

Nautilus Fitness Center
With over 50,000 sq. feet at Nautilus on 15th Street, this full service fitness and racquet club has something for everyone.
Services Include: State-of-the-Art Cardio Equipment, Resistance Equipment, Free Weights, Group Exercise, 25-Yard Six-Lane Lap Pool, Six Racquetball Courts, Personal Training, Free Babysitting, Licensed Day Care Center, Tanning.

We provide only the finest exercise apparatus, friendly attentive service, all in our luxurious fitness centers. Our goal is to provide a refreshingly positive workout experience and change the way people view health clubs.

- Group Fitness. Our classes range from heart pumping Interval and Cardio-kick to relaxing, stress reducing Iyengar or Power Pilates. With an average of 80 classes offered per week, our program will help you to achieve any fitness goal. Nautilus is proud to offer its members a team of professional, experienced and dedicated group fitness instructors.
- Spinning. Take yourself to another level of well-being and elation! Spinning is an energized indoor cycling class, lead by a certified instructor. Your journey profile includes; flats, climbs, jumps and sprints that challenge your body and mind to excel to the next training zone.
- Bodypump. It is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody. It's perfect for both males and females who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout.
- Cardio Kick. Enjoy a cardio challenge within a kickboxing format. Cardio Kick introduces punches, kicks and defensive positions with an explosion of intense, easy to follow cardio combinations to safely train your heart and muscles.
- Fitness Ball. Define your abs and strengthen your entire core while learning balance. The Fitness Ball promises results while maintaining safety.
- Pilates. Join certified instructors in a class which works through the body’s “center” abdomen and spine to increase strength, endurance and flexibility.
- Aerobics. Aerobics is defined as extended activities that make you breathe hard while using the large muscle groups at a regular, even pace. Aerobic activity trains the heart, lungs and cardiovascular system to process and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently to every part of the body.
