We offer:
- Co-Ed Strength Training: Life Fitness Strength Equipment; Hammer Strength Equipment; Dumbbells from 1 lb. to 130 lbs.; Over 2,000 lbs. of Free Weight; Personal Trainers by Appointment.
- Aerobics. Free to Current Members. All Our Classes can be modified to different fitness levels. If you are new simply tell the instructor where you need to start, generally, beginner, intermediate, or advanced. You are working with a personal trainer for free! Get pushed each and every time to overcome your limits. We offer Childcare Monday-Thursday during classes.
- Cardio Studio: Full Line of Life Fitness Cardio; Treadmills, Ellipticals, Steppers, Stationary and Recumbent Bicycles; 4 Independent Televisions; Heart Rate Monitoring Capable.
- Personal Training. Our personal trainers are here to educate you on the concepts of fitness and nutrition. Personal Trainers are your ‘ringside’ coach to motivate you beyond the limits of your current fitness level. Personal Trainers help you incorporate the aspects of an effective training program. We are problem solvers! Personal Trainers identify and resolve issues that are keeping you from achieving. We eliminate ‘plateaus’ for you, by keeping your body guessing with new and different routines and techniques each and every time! We help you get the most out of your time! We are your focus so that you have more time for the experiences of life.
