Atalanta Web Design
Atalanta Web Design had its humble beginnings in Perkasie, PA, during the dawn of the internet age. Like many pioneers of the web design industry, I saw great potential and opportunity in the World Wide Web. With over a decade of prior computer programming experience (a child of the 80's, a Generation X'er), I let my entrepreneur spirit guide me on this exciting journey of technology and business. Today, the internet is busier than ever, and the need for reliable web service providers is greater than ever.
Origin of Our Name
Looking through the baby name book for our second daughter, my wife & I found "Vanessa", which we eventually chose. After researching this name, we discovered several interesting things: 1) There is a species of butterfly called the Vanessa Atalanta Rubria. [Note the extra "a" in the spelling - ATALANTA has no association with the U.S. state of Georgia] and 2) there is also a Greek mythological figure in classic literature who could run faster than any man
